Rochester Hotel and Leland House - Durango Colorado Hotel - Policies

Cancel Policy:

A deposit of a one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the arrival date, we will be pleased to refund your deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the one night's deposit will be forfeited. Holiday reservations are non-refundable.

Smoking Policy: The Leland House and Rochester Hotel is a non-smoking establishment.

Pet Policy:

• Pets are only allowed in designated rooms. If you are bringing a pet you MUST ask for a pet room at the time of reservation.
• Animals are not permitted on the furniture or beds. All extra cleaning expenses due to excessive pet hair or pet damage will be charged to guest.
• Animals should not be left unattended in the rooms, unless left in a crate or kennel system. A phone number should be left with the Front Desk if you will be away for an extended period of time.
• Please properly pick up and dispose of all waste left by your pet on our property! Plastic bags are available at the front desk.

A $20 per night, per pet charge will be added to the room rate as a lodging fee for your pet. In addition, an imprint of your credit card will be taken for any incidental fees.
