Policies

Our Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of a one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, we are pleased to refund the deposit less a 20 dollar cancellation fee.

The Leland House and Rochester are non-smoking properties.

Pets are allowed in designated rooms, and pet policies apply.
