“The arrival clerk on duty at the office late at night was extra-helpful when I arrived late without luggage. Our recent stay at the Rochester was absolutely wonderful! The location is great - off Main street, but short walk to everything Durango! And the rooms, staff, BREAKFAST, afternoon tea and cookies, all beyond expectations! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

I wanted to tell you that my twin sister and I had a nice stay at the Rochester House for our 50th birthday trip. The breakfast the following morning was superb.

I so enjoyed our stay last weekend at the Rochester House…I selected your B&B because I was able to bring my dog, Maggie. Imagine her (and my) delight when she was greeted with her own bed and a treat!! She snuggled right into the bed and felt at home for the rest of her visit. I LOVE the side lawn/garden/trees…it was so wonderful to sit there in the evening. The room was spacious and the staff helpful and responsive.

What a wonderful treat. Our stay in Durango was exceptional. Don’t miss the afternoon tea and cookies. My hat is off to the staff of the Leland House and the Rochester Hotel.

This is a special place! Very warm and homey, perfect location and they even supply a bed for your dog. The service was superb. I can’t wait to come back!
