	The Pittman Suite This very spacious suite offers two separate bedrooms both with queen size beds and private bathrooms, 2 seating areas with a pull out sofa and gas fireplace, complete with private balcony and full kitchen.

Reservation Notes:

• The Leland House & Rochester Hotel recommends advance reservations and requires a one-night reservation deposit. If you have to cancel your visit with us, please provide a two-week notice in order to receive a refund on your deposit.
• All major credit cards are accepted, no out-of-state checks.
• The Leland House & Rochester Hotel welcomes children.
• The Leland House & Rochester Hotel is a non-smoking establishment.
• Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. across the street in our beautiful Rochester Hotel lobby. Accommodations can be made for special dietary needs (i.e. allergies to eggs/dairy, nuts, diabetes or low cholesterol diets). Please inform us at time of reservation and then identify yourself to our wait staff at breakfast.
• Rates based on double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate 3-6 people.
• Additional person charge is $20/person/night
